The company

The firm was established in 2007, fruit of its partners vocation to guide companies and individuals towards reaching their goals in the most efficient way possible. To do this, it uses a wide range of tools within the fields of consultancy, advisory and auditing.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid, a Masters in Tax Consultancy and a Masters in Business Administration. Member of the ROAC (Official Register of Auditors) nº 17,554. His professional background, spanning more than 20 years, lies in Assurance & Auditing, Tax and Advisory in national and international settings with a strong commitment to each of his clients. In addition, he has a wealth of experience in restructuring processes, due diligence and defending expert reports before competent legal authorities. He is a bankruptcy administrator in a significant number of companies in bankruptcy proceedings.

Olga Martín Salinas
Audit Partner

Graduate in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Member of the ROAC (Official Register of Auditors) nº 20025. Founding partner of Capital Auditors and Consultants, S.L., alongside Javier Sánchez Serrano, with more than twenty years of experience to date in the field of auditing. She is mainly involved in the supervision and review of auditing assignments and undertaking quality control within our auditing firm.
